The 2 minute Ride To A Healthy Choice

So let's start with food. The meals we choose can sometimes be an automatic thought. We simply choose to eat foods that come to our mind, the sight, smell, and taste of food excites us and makes salivary glands produce saliva, which keeps our mouth moist, to help digest our food. Take fruits and vegetables for example, they taste sweeter and are fresher than pizza or a hamburger. The canned bean, frozen orange juice, a box of cereal and every other prepared, packaged food tastes exactly the same all of the time. It does not matter what season we are eating them.

When we eat the right foods and enough of them, we feel good. Our bodies are looking healthy and our memory is sharp. If we take the time to learn to eat the good foods, then we will not want to eat the wrong foods that do not support our optimum health.

The 2 minute ride will prepare the mind to think about eating healthy. Here's a list of common fruits and fruit vegetables
