BUILD UP YOUR HEALTH AND LOSE WEIGHT.

Are you looking for a secret to be healthy and wealthy or slim and thin?

What I am about to share with you will blow your mind. If your are looking for a poll using a small group, you would not be surprised to find out that most people wish they were slimmer and had more money. The truth of the matter is that the rich will get richer and the weight does come back. So, how do you build your health to lose weight?

If you think working out 24/7 will meet the requirements to improve your health and lose weight; think again it isn't that simple. When we speak the truth about health and losing weight, it takes time and effort. You might meet a few health gurus who have it all together. They work magic with their schedules. This is called planning to meet the challenge, because they are health conscious. A fit individual might choose to wake up at 4:00 a.m., to complete a regimen of morning exercises, or running for 6 miles. There might be time for a quick gym workout and routine; the focus maybe on intermittent fasting for 12-16 hours. The fit individual will schedule accordingly for the rest of the day. Meal planning is necessary to eat healthy and accomplish their health goals. Perhaps, the first meal is lunch, A Greek Salad, and a bottle of purified water, no snacking during the afternoon, only a mindset to feel healthy. There might be an opportunity to walk after lunch, or relax while listening to soft music on a calming podcast. At the end of the day, the fit individual will say; weight loss is simple arithmetic. The formula is the ingredient to their success. They will add, take in less calories than you expend to lose weight. Maintain to be fit with a daily routine of exercises.

Do you know the difference between eating healthy and unhealthy? If you are like most, and think of dieting as healthy, then you are not thinking about the natural way of eating healthy to lose or maintain weight. There are a list of diets that are not meant for all body types. However, these are the popular diets that come to mind such as, the Grapefruit diet, Atkins, Keto, Paleo, and Jenny Craig. I believe there are way too many diets to name that are unhealthy vs healthy. It is important to recognize the diet fads that come out every year. Some diets are new and some are repeats. These diets are sometimes followed by celebrities and people of influence. Also, such diets can be challenging if a person has a chronic health condition that might compromise their health. Some diets are daring to try, but be aware of the ingredients used in the supplements, vitamins, and powders you choose. We are tempted to try something new that can change the way we look, feel and smile. I am one of many to tell you not to diet, but to make lasting health and lifestyle changes. "Change your life to change your health is my Motto."

It is very impressive to talk to fit individuals, who can cite the various studies, and reference their favorite authors to give the best practices regarding nutrition, workouts, and the meaning of a healthy lifestyle. If you are looking to build up your health and lose weight, it is necessary to understand the language. It requires countless hours to study the science of health and nutrition to understand the fuel used to build the body and lose weight. Our food is fuel, and when we burn calories we are burning fuel. It energizes our body if we are able to assimilate and digest our foods. The macronutrients are what nourishes our body, the protein, carbohydrates and fats. We also require micronutrients, minerals and vitamins. When we eat wholesome foods and exercise it will help our body eliminate waste, and carry the nutrients needed for good cellular health. We need good oxygen for our blood cells.

Therefore, if you have time to invest in your health, then it will make sense to build up your health and lose weight naturally.
