What does one experience during relaxation training sessions
One will experience relaxation exercises, that will often involve combination
of deep breathing, muscle relaxation, and visualization techniques that have
proven to release the muscular tension that your body stores during times
of stress. During the relaxation training sessions, one will discover
racing thoughts will start to slow, and their feelings of fear and anxiety will
ease. When the body is relaxed it doesn’t feel fear or anxiety.
